Metamorphosis II: Spider

10:15 p.m. An 8 minute metamorphosis in the study, followed by a standing meditation, integrating the sensations. Dark. Deep. Curving. Down. Re-membering the incredible images from Attenborough’s Life in the Undergrowth.

There is a lunar eclipse tonight. Alice is watching me from the desk while I draw. While I type she cries insistently at my feet. It was a gorgeous warm day. The night is warm and dry. -1 degree Celsius.
