Country-side running
8:05 a.m.-9:20 a.m. The most beautiful vistas fall away from the Escarpment. The red clay roads long and lean, accelerating downwards and swooping upwards. Rising steep. Falling fast. I experiment with releasing my tail bone while I run. Dropping downwards I immediately accelerate forward. Playing with gravity. Pelvis curves. A subtle dance to find ease while rest of my body lunges ahead, full of effort. The world around is waking up. Horses and cows. Misty morning dew lifts.
It is a cool night when I come to draw. The moon is bloated.
