Menacing blooms
10:30 p.m. An 8 minute dance in the study. Moving with the rhythms of d.a. levy’s poem, “roses that“. Feeling through the more insidious parts about cities turning to ashes and dreams that never bloom. I recall walking by massive, towering dahlias in full bloom earlier today. They were almost twice as tall as me, and each flower an explosion larger than a human head. Fuchsia fury. Menacing blooms. The dance carries the force of this flowering. These massive explosions. Bloom bloom boom. Alice was thirsty earlier. Now she wanders and purrs. It was a gorgeous sunny day. Clear night. Calm.
