Knots

11:05 p.m. Sensing a new homeopathic remedy. A 5 minute sitting meditation. Feeling through a gesture rising through my tissues. A thickening. Entangled knotting. Energy pulls outward from my centre. A gorgeous day in Montreal after night rains cleared and the sky opened up to blue.
