Heart swelling

11:10 p.m. A 10 minute dance in the study followed by a sensing mediation and drawing. News came today that a dear friend of my family is gravely ill. My heart swells for David. This home I inhabit is in his house. The dance honours the space where he used to live and paint. I take a few moments before drawing to tune in, and feel my heart swell as a gesture of connection. Beaming good energy to him and his family.

The day was so full before I heard this news. Sun and rain and humidity. Cooling winds lunge through the open windows and doors. Alice wanders.
