Audrey

12:45 p.m. at Mount Sinai Hospital. I hold Audrey for the first time. She is tiny, sleeping, and peaceful. Calmness with some winces, exploring movements in her face. She emanates goodness. Perfection. It was a beautiful cool, grey day with rain later in the evening.
